As Director, my main role is to design and implement the company's management and organisational development policy. I am also responsible of the recruitment and management of the administrative and technical staff involved in carrying out the consultancy contracts awarded to the company. I am also responsible of the administrative aspects of the structure and carried out the administrative, budgetary and accounting monitoring of the organisation.
